ABOUT ME
Mark Dong was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He grew up and currently resides in Katy, Texas. Mark worked in the Civil Engineering field designing roads and bridges for 15 years. He also is a lifelong martial artist and is continually learning different martial arts.
Mark has Black Belts in Kajukenbo Karate and Praying Mantis Kung Fu. He is also a high level Krav Maga Expert. Mark is now training in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu where he holds a Black Belt and the title of Professor. On May 13, 2023, Mark was promoted to a 7th Dan Master's Black Belt with the Texas Karate Organization, and earned the title of Master. Mark is also a NRA Basic Pistol and Range Safety Officer as well as a Licensed to Carry Firearms Instructor. He is also a US Army/TXSG Combat Pistol Expert! Mark is also a Licensed Level 3 Commissioned Security Officer and a Level 4 Personal Protection/Bodyguard.
Mark currently owns his own Krav Maga, Kickboxing, & Brazilian Jiu Jitsu school, called Dragon's Den. Dragon's Den proudly serves Houston, Katy, Richmond and Fulshear.
Mark is also a stunt actor and started his stunt training in 2017 and has been busy with stunt acting and fight choreography. Mark is also an Ordained Minister as well as a Published Children's Book Author. Mark is currently serving in the Texas State Guard. He is married and has two sons.
